What payment methods does MCB support?

We accept all credit cards and Paypal.
We also accept payment by checks. The booking is considered provisional until the check is cleared.
MyCharterBus.com advises credit card or Paypal payment for the protections they provide the consumer.

Can I get a refund on my booking?
Bookings must be canceled at least 15 days before departure date in order to receive a full refund minus $50 cancellation fee.
                                                                                               Bookings canceled between 7 and 15 days before departure date will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
There will be no refund for bookings canceled any less than 7 days before departure date.
(If you do not receive reconfirmation from MyCharterBus.com within 48 hours we will issue an immediate refund).

What kind of coaches are available?  
We offer a variety of coaches so you can find the size and ambiance perfect for your needs.
Our coaches are classified under four different levels: Ultra Deluxe Coach, Super Deluxe Coach, Deluxe Coach, and Executive Coach. For detailed information on each of these coaches, visit our Coaches page.

What companies does MCB work with?
We work only with the best charter bus operators across the nation in order to ensure a consistent level of professional service , comfort, reliability, and safety.
Currently all our providers are members of Trailways. We will be adding other Tier 1 companies shortly.

Is this price all-inclusive? Are there any other charges?
The only additional charges are:

  • Drivers Gratuity
  • Parking or Toll fees
  • Overnighters (Client is responsible for drivers lodging or will be charged at cost) [Back to top]


Are your operators school bus trained (SPAB)?
Yes, MCB supports school children and ensures that all our operators are school bus trained (SPAB) operators. However, to ensure extra precaution please mark this requirement in the Notes section of your booking.
